Every department, one standard
Every member of staff and every volunteer at this club completes safe-recruitment checks and safeguarding training before working with players.
The remaining staff names are still being finalised for publication. Every role, department and reporting line shown above is current and filled. Each further name, photograph and biography is published once that member of staff has completed their consent and safeguarding paperwork — which is why those roles carry the club crest rather than a face.

Safeguarding Training
Mandatory child protection training, refreshed annually without exception.
Coaching Qualifications
Recognised coaching badges and continuous professional development.
First Aid Certified
Current emergency first aid certification for all pitchside staff.
